Foundries and surface processors cannot directly use their metal waste, e.g. brass or bronze chips. These are produced, for example, during turning and drilling work, but are contaminated by other metal residues such as iron chips and emulsions. We take over the separation of desired and undesired elements by drying chips and freeing them from iron buildup. We then melt the chips and produce the desired end product according to customer specifications or DIN standards. Finally, we cast in ingot moulds suitable for the melting furnaces of our customers, such as foundries (contract work). We are a specialist for transforming shavings – originated from the production of glass moulds in the European glass industry.
Our wagework in the detail:
- rework any metal waste to ingots
- weighing
- demagnetising of splinters
- assortments
